FLIP (Finance, Learning, Innovation and Patenting/IPR) for Cultural and Creative Industries - Policy Project Grant

Reference
EAC/S11/2022
Deadline
15 Dec 2023

The 2023 annual work programme for the implementation of the Creative Europe programme foresees the publication of a call for proposals with €1.05 million allocated to the development of an action for cultural and creative sectors and industries.

This call builds upon the results of the European Parliament's pilot project and the preparatory action FLIP (Finance, Learning, Innovation, and Patenting/IPR).

The objective of this call is to

  • elaborate common responses to challenges that professionals working in the cultural and creative sectors and industries face
  • support the pooling of information
  • test innovative approaches
  • closely link the sectors to policymaking via workshops and other activities

Topics linked to finance, learning, innovation and patenting/intellectual property rights should be further developed. The objective of the action is also to work across different cultural and creative sectors in an inclusive way (remote regions and socio-economically disadvantaged areas).

The grant agreement resulting from this call for proposals will be allocated to one single project. The duration of the project shall be 28 months and is expected to start in the second quarter of 2024.
