The Landeszeughaus (Austria)

The Landeszeughaus in Graz, the world’s largest preserved historical armoury, is repositioned through its European Heritage Label project as an active European site of reflection, education and cooperation.

Building on its role as a former crossroads of Central and South-Eastern Europe, the site uses its history of conflict to address shared European values today. By linking preservation, education and transnational collaboration, the Landeszeughaus contributes to Europe as a common cultural space—transforming a legacy of war into a platform for dialogue, learning and peace.
