You will need to be a Project Officer or Project Beneficiary with a valid EU Login to be able to update your project.

Please only use the email address you have provided to get notifications about your project(s). If you use another email address, you will receive the message "Access forbidden".

Common access and login issues

If you are having other problems with logging in, please visit the EU Login help pages.

If you are the the project coordinator, you can make a request for additional accounts. As a default, only the person listed as project contact in your application form will have access to the dashboard.
  • make sure you have closed all other web browser tabs, cleared your browser cache, and have no other service open which authenticates via EU Login
  • only use the email address you have provided to get notifications about your project(s)
