Culture Moves Europe is looking for 90 individual evaluators to assess project applications for the individual mobility action and residency action lines as part of one evaluator pool.

Eligibility

The experts must fulfil the following requirements to be considered eligible:

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • have expertise and professional experience in at least one of the following sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, visual arts
  • have experience in evaluation of applications or proposals
  • have knowledge of international cultural exchange, mobility projects, or cultural management and international cooperation projects
  • possess strong writing skills and digital literacy
  • have legal residency in a Creative Europe country including the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) and Outermost Regions (ORs) of the European Union
  • have advanced English language proficiency

Remuneration

Culture Moves Europe offers the following evaluation fees:

  • €12 (plus VAT) per application evaluated under the individual mobility action
  • €20 (plus VAT) per application evaluated under the residency action

An additional €5 per application will be paid for evaluations requested on short notice.

Expected timeline

  • 8 September: Deadline for applications
  • 29 September 2025: Notification of the results
  • 20–24 October 2025: Online evaluation training sessions
  • November 2025 - January 2028: Evaluation periods
