Applicants must send

• the paper versions of their application to the following postal address:

• a PDF version of their application to: EAC-ECOC@ec.europa.eu

The candidate cities shall communicate in writing their intention to submit an application at least 1 month before the deadline for submitting applications, (11 October 2022), by sending an e-mail to EAC-ECOC@ec.europa.eu.
