The House of European History is a contemporary museum that seeks to engage visitors in discovering different points of view and a common ground of European history. The house, located next to the European Parliament in Brussels, opened to the public in May 2017.

The European Commission provides financial support to the House and participates in the Board of Trustees, set up by the Bureau of the European Parliament.
