European Heritage Label Award Ceremony

13 - 14 June 2022
The Egg Brussels, House of European History

Celebrating the 10 anniversary of the European Heritage Label

The European Heritage Label Award (EHL) Ceremony honours the heritage sites selected in 2019 and 2021. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the European Heritage Label, a daylong conference and a meeting of national coordinators complete this public ceremony as follows:

  • National coordinator’s meeting
  • Award Ceremony
  • 10 anniversary forum

For the 10 anniversary forum, the European Commission invites players in the field of cultural heritage to promote the commitment of the European Union to cultural heritage and Europe’s common history.

The forum will give participants the opportunity to engage with policy-makers, heritage and cultural practitioners, and representatives of European, national and local institutions as well as other relevant experts and stakeholders in the field of cultural heritage. Participants will be invited to engage in a cross-sectorial dialogue with external stakeholders, for the launch of the 2022-2023 edition of the EHL.

The European Heritage Label Award Ceremony and 10th Anniversary Forum are open to the public.

European Heritage Label’s Stakeholders activities are only open upon invitation.
