No, there is no need to register if you just want to browse, consult or download the information on the Creative Europe Project Results Platform.

You only need a login if you are a project beneficiary and you'd like to upload information about your project and its results.

The interface of the Creative Europe Project Results Platform is in English and project beneficiaries are asked to provide a description of their project and of the results produced in English.

Other than that, project beneficiaries are free to upload results (files) in any other EU official language, in which the concrete outcomes or documents were produced.

Visit the Search page to search for projects. You can reduce the scope of your search by applying the different search criteria offered in the filter boxes. You can display all filters by clicking on ‘display all’ and also ‘clear filters’ if needed.

In the project section, you can filter by

  • project status e.g. completed projects
  • labels e.g. cross-sectoral
  • activities e.g. theatre or photography
  • activity years
  • funding years

In the organisation section, you can choose coordinators AND/OR partners, and filter by name, countries and types.

For example you can search

(Coordinator from Spain OR Coordinator from Belgium) AND (Partner from Spain OR Partner from Italy OR Partner from France)

However the tool doesn't currently support searches such as

  • (Coordinator from Spain OR Coordinator from Belgium) OR (Partner from Spain OR Partner from Italy OR Partner from France)
  • Coordinator from Spain AND (Partner from Spain AND Partner from Italy)
  • Coordinator from Spain OR (Partner from Spain AND Partner from Italy)

A booklet is a collection of project detail cards.

By using the 'Add to Booklet' button which appears on the Search results card and the Project details page, you add project details to your booklet collection.

After you have added the first project, you will see the booklet icon appear indicating that there is 1 document in your booklet.

You may add up to 50 project details to your booklet.

Clicking on the Booklet icon displays the Booklet Management screen, where you can:

  • add a title and description to your collection
  • reorder the list of projects, by dragging and dropping them
  • remove projects by clicking on the bin icon

Save your booklet by clicking on the 'Download as PDF' button.

This will save the single file booklet.pdf to your device.

If you are having other problems with logging in, please visit the EU Login help pages.
