Culture Moves Europe, is the new permanent mobility scheme funded by the Creative Europe Programme. It aims to foster sustainable and inclusive mobility in the cultural sector and will give particular attention to emerging artists. The scheme follows the successful I-Portunus pilot project and will award around 7000 mobility grants between October 2022 and June 2025.

Grant / loan size
Travel fees of €350-700 and per diems of €75. The grant can be completed by top-ups to cover specific needs such as disability top-up, family, visa, or Overseas Countries and Territories and Outermost regions of the EU, and a green top-up for those who choose a more sustainable way of transportation.
Who can apply
Culture Moves Europe offers grants to
• artists, creators and cultural professionals and host organisations working in all the sectors covered by Culture Strand of the Creative Europe Programme, such as architecture, cultural heritage, design, fashion design, music, literary translation, performing arts and visual arts
• applicants and host organisations must be based in one of the countries participating in the Creative Europe programme
